Summary
Support all administrative functions for Lily Preschool including programming, Early Learning Coalition and Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK) requirements as well as Department of Children and Families, USDA and National Accreditation Commission. Ensure all enrollment/intake for Early Childhood Education (ECE) families is streamlined and completed.
Qualifications
· Education: Associate degree preferred; Preschool childcare administrative experience preferred.
· Experience: At least 2 years administrative responsibilities in the operation of a licensed childcare facility.
Responsibilities
· Support all administrative duties associated with Lily Preschool in collaboration with Assistant Director Preschool Administration
· Handle all enrollment / retention of students for the program.
· Preserve the integrity and confidentiality of protected health information of Easterseals’ clients.
· Prepare contracts to conduct business with the Early Learning Coalitions of Manatee and Sarasota County, and USDA Child Care Feeding Program
· Maintain compliance and complete all required paperwork required to continue status of accreditation with the National Accreditation Commission and to meet mandated federal, state, and local rules, regulations, and licensing requirements with Department of Children and Family services.
- Provide general overview and direction to parents for all educational scholarship programs and potential funding sources within the agency.
- Work closely with partnering funding agencies inclusive of Manatee Early Learning Coalition, Sarasota Early Learning Coalition and Step Up for Students.
- Complete in collaboration with AD Preschool Administration internal program audits surrounding funding sources/billing.
- Work to achieve full enrollment capacity with AD Preschool Administration
- Facilitate an open dialogue between the Easterseals SWFL staff, parents/guardians and the client’s home district, special education advocacy, have knowledge of the IEP and 504 plans and the processes involved. Work with families to ensure max matrix levels
- Manage staff and child paper and electronic files.
- Understand, acknowledge and implement Easterseals’ privacy policies involving the disclosure of protected health information of Easterseals’ clients.
- Comply with Easterseals policies and procedures utilizing the highest standards of personal and professional ethics and behavior.
- Demonstrate good judgment, diplomacy, courtesy. and effective communication while working at Easterseals or when representing the organization.

Compensation: $50,000.00 per year
